| APPOINTMENT Your credit card number is required to hold a reservation for over $60 in services. Without credit card information, your appointment cannot be reserved. This policy also applies to a gift card holder. We require 24hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations will be billed at 50% and no-shows will be billed for the full amount of your scheduled services. We suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your services so that you have time to checkin, prepare for your service. Please keep in mind that LATE ARRIVALS will not receive an extension of time for their scheduled services. PAYMENT We accept visa, master card, american express, and cash. Minimum credit card charge $10. Cash gratuity is customary and appreciated. GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are available for all services. If lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced and are non-refundable. RETURNS Merchandise must be returned within two weeks of purchase with original receipt. No cash refund; in-store credit only. |
