Our Story

Bamboo Spa is located on Union Street, between Fillmore and Steiner Streets; in San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood between Pacific Heights and the Marina. We have carefully selected services to evoke a relaxing spa experience. Whether you choose a massage, skin care treatment, manicure/pedicure, or any combination, your relaxation and comfort are our priority. To create a healthy, safe, and relaxing environment, we select the cleanest products available, using natural, non-toxic, and organic products whenever possible. On our nails side, we offer a variety of non-toxic and vegan polishes, products, and services to focus on natural nail health, longevity, and steps to recovery if necessary.

This place is nothing short of amazing. My masseur has provided the best deep tissue massage. He knows pressure points and how to release all the stresses in my body. Just thinking about it makes me want it again. I've only been here a couple of times and I'll sure be back. I'm glad they had the January special which let me try the place out. The facilities are clean and place is very relaxing. It's not cheap at all but it's hard to put a price to giving one's self a much deserved relaxing massage!

The best massage I have ever received! Deep tissue massage with oil, perfect amount of pressure. My massage practitioner was very aware of individual unique musuclar and connective tissue anatomy and had excellent communication for how deep to go. She was so kind. They provide complementary organic green tea from Japan. I will definitely be coming back!
