Cancellation Policy

Reservation, Cancellation and Late/ No-Show Policy

A credit card is required to hold all reservations. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your services without fees. Reservations for groups with three or more people require at least 48 hours' notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot reach you: You will be deemed a no-show - You will not be able to complete your service; - and - Your credit card used to hold the reservation will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service.

Appointment Notifications

As a courtesy, we send out appointment reminders through email and/or text message. Please be sure to review your service details and notify us immediately of any mistakes.

General Information

Bamboo is not responsible for lost items. Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate. No phone calls may be taken within the spa. If you have any health conditions we should be aware of, please forewarn us before your appointment. Gift certificates are available for all services; prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. Sorry, no pets indoors, please. Pets may lounge on our patio.

Returns

Merchandise must be returned within three days of purchase with the original packaging and receipt. No cash refunds, store credit only.

Sanitation

Our nail care tools and equipment are sanitized after each client. You are free to take the pumice pad and buffer that we use on you. Otherwise, they will be discarded. If you are undergoing treatment for athlete’s foot, nail fungus or are currently seeing a physician for ingrown toenails, we ask that you refrain from booking your appointment until after you have been released from your doctor’s care.
